A note from us

Most tutoring software is built for tutoring centres. Clastor is built for you: One tutor, a full week of students, and nobody to hand the admin to.

We're building it with a small group of tutors. If something's missing or annoying, tell us. One of us will reply.

Yes. Join during the beta and you're a founding tutor: Clastor stays free for you, for good, even if we add paid plans later. No card needed.

Up to you. Happy with bank transfer or cash? Keep doing that, and log each payment in Clastor so you always know who's paid. Want to look more professional? Connect Stripe and every invoice gets a pay-by-card button. Clastor takes no cut, only Stripe's usual fee.

Whoever pays. Each student can have their own email, a parent's email and a separate billing email, and invoices go to the billing contact.

Clastor asks you what to do with the money: keep it as credit, move it to another lesson, refund it, or charge anyway if it was a late cancel.

Yes. Sell a pack of lessons and Clastor counts them down as you teach, then nudges you when it's time to top up. Extra payments become account credit.

Yes, if you connect your Google account. Clastor adds your lessons to Google Calendar, with a Meet link for online ones, and shows your other calendar events on your schedule so you can spot clashes. Make changes in Clastor, because edits in Google don't sync back. You can disconnect any time; our privacy policy explains exactly what Clastor accesses.

Not yet. You can send a reminder in one tap, and students can accept or decline from the email.

Not yet. Clastor is built for individual tutors. If you need team accounts, email us so we can prioritise it.
